Water heater installation and repair in Tyler, TX
Gas, electric, tankless and hybrid water heaters, installed, repaired and flushed by a licensed and insured crew across Tyler, Bullard and East Texas.
Chapter 01
No hot water, a rumble from the tank, or a puddle at its base
Most water heater calls start the same way. The shower runs lukewarm, the hot tap puts out rusty or discolored water, the tank rumbles, or there is moisture around the base. In Tyler and Bullard, where a heater works hard through East Texas summers and seasonal swings, those signs mean it is on its way out.
We start by finding the actual failure: a faulty thermostat, a corroded heating element, sediment packed into the bottom of the tank, or a tank that has simply finished its life. Then we tell you plainly whether a repair is worth doing or whether replacement is the better call.
If the heater quits at night, the line at (903) 707-1503 is answered 24 hours a day, and emergency crews are typically on the way within the hour, depending on where you are.

Tankless water heater with a PrimeTime sticker mounted on the wall of a new build
Gas, electric, tankless or hybrid, chosen by how your house uses hot water
We install and service all four types. The recommendation comes from your household and not from whatever happens to be on the truck: how many people shower in the morning, whether there is a commercial kitchen to feed, which energy source already comes into the building, and what the existing plumbing can support.
A storage tank is the simpler swap. A tankless unit needs correct sizing, venting and line modifications to deliver steady flow. Either way we hang it, vent it, pipe it and then test for leaks, pressure and safe operation before we leave, to manufacturer specifications.
Older heaters often waste energy and push utility bills up. If yours is due for replacement, we walk you through the high-efficiency options that fit your budget and your long-term plans, so the new unit pays you back in comfort and not in surprises.
Chapter 03
Flush it every year and watch for the early signs
A yearly flush clears the sediment that settles in the bottom of a tank and shortens its life. We also check the pressure valve, the thermostat and the connections, so small problems get caught while they are still small.
Between visits, watch for rusty water, temperatures that swing, rumbling noises and moisture near the base. Any one of them is reason to call for an inspection before a slow leak turns into a flooded utility room. Customizable maintenance plans are available if you would rather have the flush on a schedule.
A heater that is more than ten years old, leaks often or struggles to heat water may be ready for replacement. We inspect the thermostat, the elements and the tank lining, and then give you an honest answer on repair versus replacement.

The index
Four kinds
of hot water.
- 01
Gas
A gas storage tank needs its supply, connection and flue to be right, so all three are checked and tested as part of the install. Repairs start with a diagnosis of the thermostat, connections and venting before anything gets replaced.
- 02
Electric
Storage tanks on an electric supply. The common repairs are a faulty thermostat or a corroded heating element, and both get confirmed with a test before we recommend a part.
- 03
Tankless
Heats water on demand instead of keeping a tank warm. Sizing, venting and line changes decide whether the temperature stays steady, which is where most of the install effort goes.
- 04
Hybrid
Hybrid units combine heating technologies in one heater. We install and service them, and we will say so plainly if a simpler unit suits your household better.
Signs one is failing
Rusty or discolored hot water. Temperatures that swing mid-shower. A rumble from the tank. Moisture near the base. Any of the four is worth a call before it becomes an emergency.
Not sure which one you have? Ask when you call and we will tell you what it is and what it needs. More answers in the FAQ.
