Where the water is
Say which room, which fixture, or whether it is in the yard. A wet ceiling, a soggy patch over the sewer line and a drip under the sink are three different jobs, and a plain description lets the crew arrive with the right tools.

When it started
Tell us if it began today, last week or months ago. A slow drain that has been getting worse, a water bill that crept up, or a pipe that just let go all point in different directions.
